These Boards are unique due to their history. These Red Wood pieces were originally telegraph poles from California in the late 1800s, and they have no tar or any chemicals on them, making the boards completely food-safe. on one side of the cutting board, there is a finished smooth side for normal use, and on the backside is an untouched rustic side. These boards come out to be 22"-14"-2.5" and are finished with mineral oil, and have cast iron handles.
